Have you ever wondered how to maintain the hoop’s spin around your shoulders? In this tutorial, Miss Abby and Molly are here to teach you all about shoulder hooping. Some quick tips:
– Think about which direction your hoop is spinning. If you’re going to the left, you’ll be rolling your left shoulder back at the point of contact, and your right shoulder will be rolling forward. If you’re spinning to the right, the opposite is true 🙂
– Be sure to turn in the direction of your spin. Remember: turning helps you sync up with the hoop’s rotation to slow things down and give you more time to master the move.
– Imagine there’s a little ball of light in the center of your chest and you’re working to orbit around it with your movements.
