Learn how to hula hoop on your waist and follow Miss Abby’s tips for easy breezy recoveries.
Tip 1: Dip and bump (bend through the knees, and bump the hoop up with your hips). Then, increase your speed again to maintain even, smooth waist hooping rotations.
Tip 2: Hula hoop faster. By increasing your speed, the hoop will begin to travel up the body!
Tip 3: Turn in the direction of your spin. Turning slows the hoop down, giving you more time to recover.
