Jumps are tons of fun, and they’re a great way to increase the heart rate. Here are some quick tips:

1) Start with the hoop in front of you, with hands on the top
2) Jump inside your hoop and flip it over your head (the hoop will roll in your hands as you do this)
3) Hop through it again when it comes back around
