Twin hoops combo tutorial
1. Waist hoop with two hoops
2. Lift top hoop up with right hand while turning left.
3. Bring bottom hoop down body to just above knee, push hoop with right knee and step out with left leg.
4. Bring right hoop (the one in halo) around front of body and under left leg while jumping down on left leg, bend right knee to catch other hoop (the one on knee) in crux of knee.
5. Squeeze legs together and march feet back and forth while twisting waist to sustain double wedgie.
6. Duck under back wedgie hoop.
7. Place right hand and add tension to both hoops in front wedgie.
8. Release tension and double escalator up body.
9. Catch both hoops together over head and proceeds into one hand/two hoop skills.
