Jessica Juniper aka Ziggy Starshiine teaches us how to “walk the dog” and how to break & reverse that trick with your foot! Still photos of the placement, slow mo’s, and drawings that show the proper angle make this tutorial clear and easy to understand.
Ziggy Starshiine’s key points:
- Use the middle sides of your foot to break the hoop, the side you use will be determined based on which foot you use and the direction of the hoop’s movement.
- Point of contact will be about 4 or 5 inches above the ground on the inside of the hoop.
- Keep that point of contact with your foot and hoop at a perpendicular angle.
- Motion of the foot is mostly downward with a slight push in the direction you wish to reverse the hoop.
