Intermediate Hula Hooping Tutorial
In this tutorial Michele McCoy – Autumn Flow shows us a fun Body Wrap Fake Out move and suggests a ton of transition ideas, in and out of it. Different angles and slow-mo help us to understand the movement.
Michele recommends using PolyPro or HDPE hoops because of the bouncing effect. NO beginner tubing hoops! They are too big and heavy for this move and may hurt your shoulder.
